Damaged Items
We take precautions to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit. Our policy for damaged items is as follows:
- Damage Assessment: In certain cases at our discretion, we may offer a 50/50 replacement solution. This means you pay half the cost of the item, and we cover the other half. This split also applies to the delivery cost of the replacement.
- Reporting Timeframe: Any claims for damaged items must be made within 5 days of receiving your package. Claims made outside this window may not be considered.
- Leakage: If your item has leaked, the extent of the leakage will be assessed at our discretion. Depending on the amount leaked, we may offer a full refund upon return of the item, apply the 50/50 replacement terms, or decline a refund or replacement if the leakage is minimal.
- Temperature-Related Damage: Please be aware that temperature fluctuations can, on rare occasions, cause cracking or breakage in bottles containing alcohol.
Short Shipments (Missing Items)
If you receive an incomplete order, we will investigate the matter thoroughly.
- Resolution: If the shortage occurred on our end, we will ship the missing item(s) to you or your at our expense.
- Prior Communication: Before sending a partial order (e.g., due to a stock shortage), we will always attempt to contact you for confirmation. If you approve the shipment of a partial order, the cost of resending any replacement items will be your responsibility.
Incorrect Items Received
Mistakes can happen. If you or receive the wrong item, please follow these steps:
- Keep Item Sealed: Do not open the package. Since you have already confirmed that the incorrect item was received, opening it is unnecessary.
- Notification: Contact us immediately to report the error.
- Collection and Replacement: We will arrange for the collection of the incorrect item. Once the courier confirms collection, we will ship the correct item at our expense.
- Opened Items: If the incorrect item is opened for any reason, it will be considered sold, and you will be charged for it.
Returned Parcels (Undeliverable)
Parcels returned to us due to failed delivery attempts (e.g., inability to reach the recipient) will be reshipped at your expense. You will be responsible for the additional courier charges.
Order Processing After Payment
To ensure efficient processing amidst high volumes of transactions:
- Payment Reflection Before 9:00 AM: Orders associated with payments reflected in our account by 9:00 AM (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) are prioritized for processing and packing on the same day, stock availability permitting. We strive to dispatch these orders on the same day but dispatch may take up to 1-3 business days.
- Payments Received After 9:00 AM: Orders associated with payments reflected after 9:00 AM will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
Tracking Details
- Dispatch and Tracking: We prioritize packing and dispatching orders paid for before 9:00 AM. Courier pickups typically occur between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. We receive tracking labels for each parcel.
- Tracking Updates: We will send you the tracking numbers/labels the following day, once your parcel is in transit.
- Potential Delays: While we strive for promptness, there may be occasional delays in sending tracking information due to high order volumes. Friday orders may only receive tracking information on Monday.
Stock Availability
- Website Accuracy: We make every effort to keep our website inventory accurate.
- High-Volume Sales: Due to bulk orders and constant stock movement, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items at all times. Stock outs can occur.
- Communication: If an item is out of stock at the time of payment, we will notify you promptly and offer a replacement or refund.
- Website as Indicator: If an item is listed on our website, you can generally assume it is in stock. If it is not listed, it is currently unavailable.
Damaged Order Received
- We check the products on our side for wetness and torn boxes before sending them out.
- Send an image and a video of the product and the un-opened box to show the leakage once on receiving the item immediately, no responsibility will be excepted for delayed reports and no exceptions.
- The replacement will be done upon proof from your side and is at the discretion of Management – we do not do replacements in all cases; it will depend on where and what the damage is.
- Parcels that are in the possession of the courier is out of our control and any claim that may follow or arise for whatsoever reason for items damaged by the courier or courier trucks being hijacked, you may submit a claim to the courier Company directly.
Out-of-Stock Items:
Even with stock checks performed before payment, an item may occasionally sell out before your order is processed for packing. In such cases, we will contact you to offer either a replacement of equal value or a credit to your account for future use.
Courier Delivery Time frames:
Please note: We are not liable for the time frame the courier takes to deliver your parcel, as this aspect is beyond our control.
- Main Principal Areas: Typically, delivery takes 2-5 business days after we provide your tracking details.
- Outlying Areas: Delivery to outlying areas may take 5-7 business days after we provide your tracking details.
You are welcome to track your order’s progress with the courier, using your unique tracking number.
