"Island bliss" most commonly refers to either Armaf Island Bliss, a floral-fruity-gourmand women's fragrance with notes of wild berries, coconut, and vanilla, or the Synergy Kombucha "Island Bliss" flavor, which is a passion fruit, orange, and guava blend. Other products with this name may exist, such as Rockstar Energy drinks, but the fragrance and kombucha are the most prominent uses.
